Warren G puts the west coast rap game back on the map with his latest album, “The G Files.” The track, “West is Back,” is definitely in the category of being a memorable west coast anthem. The beat is west coast inspired with its chill tempo yet hard bass lines. This initial track is something to cruise and bob your head to, which segues into the next track, “True Star.” This track represents his journey from a rap artist into a west coast legend. To add a new dimension to his album, Warren G has drummer Travis Barker do the drum beat for a relaxing track entitled, “Let’s Get High.” This laid back beat and the laid back rhymes that accompany it are a good combo to follow a hype song like “True Star.” So show some love to Cali and pick up the latest installment from Warren G, “The G Files.”

Recall the Nike Air Trainer 1 that was produced in limited quantities for Manny “Pac-Man” Pacquiao after the dismantling of Oscar De La Hoya in the gold/red/white colorway. Well, Nike has produced yet another limited Air Trainer 1 that is colored in black with hints of grey and green accents. These are labeled as the “Lights Out” because of the TKO on Ricky Hatton and accordingly, these glow in the dark. The “Lights Out” will only be released in Fort Bonifacio, Philippines on Friday, September 25. So, call your uncles and aunties and cousins and have them get you your pair.
